Do you ever struggle with craving sugary food? Want to gain control without deprivation? Join me for Week 3 of my April Workshop Series.
Learn where those cravings come from and what to do about them so they don’t leave you feeling blue about your weight, health and wellbeing.
We will learn all about this controversial white substance and:
– what sugar does to your body on a chemical level;
– hidden sugars and what to look out for;
– where your sugar cravings come from;
– how to avoid sugar cravings;
– how to satisfy your sweet tooth in an easy and healthy way.
After the presentation we will be travelling to India with a delicious coconut chicken curry (veggie option available) served on a bed of cauliflower rice and a crisp green salad on the side – all gluten, dairy and sugar-free – yum!
